All content, branding, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of TechLift Digital. Regarding AI outputs generated via our tools: Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the outputs for their intended purpose, but TechLift Digital retains rights to the underlying algorithms, prompts, and system structures.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments for products, services, and course registrations are due as agreed at purchase.

• Course Registration Fees: Verify your seat availability and intent to join. These are 100% Non-Refundable under any circumstances.
• Full Course Fees: Once paid, course fees are Non-Refundable.
• Service Fees: Payments made for software development or consulting services are governed by the specific contract signed but are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

By proceeding with any payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund Policy.

6. User Responsibilities & Data Usage

Users must not misuse our AI systems, attempt to reverse-engineer prompts, or bypass safety filters. By using our services, you grant us permission to process your inputs (excluding personal PII) to improve our automated models and service quality.

7. Limitation of Liability

TechLift Digital, its owner, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Errors or hallucinations in AI-generated content.
• System downtime or interruptions.
• Data loss or security breaches despite our industry-standard protections.
• Reliance on automated outputs for critical infrastructure or health-related decisions.

8. Third-Party Links & AI Models

Our services may utilize third-party AI models (e.g., from Google, OpenAI, Anthropic). Your interactions with these features are also governed by their respective terms of service where applicable.

9. Scam Alert & Official Channels

To protect yourself from fraud, please adhere to the following safety guidelines:

• Official Payments: rigorous payments are ONLY accepted through our website or official Razorpay/PhonePe payment links generated by our system.
• No Personal Transfers: We will NEVER ask you to transfer money to a personal UPI ID or a personal bank account.
• Verification: Report any direct transfer requests to contact@techliftdigital.in.

TechLift Digital is not liable for any financial loss incurred by transferring funds to unauthorized accounts or individuals.

SaaS & Digital Subscription Terms If you purchase a subscription product (SaaS), you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for the duration of your billing cycle. TechLift Digital reserves the right to modify features, update algorithms, and sunset services with reasonable notice to active subscribers. 12. AI Products & Upcoming Features TechLift Digital is actively developing new AI-driven products. Your use of experimental, "Beta," or upcoming features is at your own risk. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or accuracy for automated systems during their early-access phases. 13. Payment Gateway Compliance By using our checkout, you agree to the terms provided by our payment partners (Razorpay/PhonePe). All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant layers. Any unauthorized attempts to bypass our automated payment flows will result in an immediate account ban. 14. Limitation of Liability (Hardened) The maximum aggregate liability of TechLift Digital for any claim arising out of your use of our services (SaaS, AI, or Academy) shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to TechLift Digital in the 3 months preceding the claim. 15.
