AI & Safety Policy

Last updated: April 8, 2026

1. Our Commitment to Safety

At Cub Code, safety and responsible AI development are our top priorities. We are dedicated to providing an agentic coding assistant that empowers developers while ensuring strict boundaries against malicious code execution or data leakage.

2. Code Privacy and Isolation

We do not use your proprietary or private source code to train our foundational models unless you explicitly opt-in. Any code processed by Cub Code is transmitted securely, analyzed ephemerally, and is not retained in a manner that compromises your intellectual property.

3. Allowed and Prohibited Output

Cub Code is designed to assist with software engineering tasks. It is strictly prohibited to use Cub Code to:

  • Generate malware, ransomware, or any code intended to exploit software vulnerabilities maliciously.
  • Bypass DRM (Digital Rights Management) or other copyright protection mechanisms.
  • Automate unlawful scraping of sensitive personal data or proprietary systems.

4. Intellectual Property of AI Output

You retain all rights, titles, and interests in the code you input into Cub Code. Furthermore, subject to your compliance with these Terms, Techlift Digital assigns to you all rights, titles, and interests in the code generated by Cub Code derived directly from your prompts. However, due to the nature of AI, generated code may not be unique, and you are responsible for ensuring your implementation does not infringe upon third-party copyrights.

5. Reporting Safety Concerns

If you encounter unsafe outputs, hallucinations that propose dangerous terminal commands, or potential security vulnerabilities within our AI agent, please report them immediately to our security team via contact@cubcode.in.
