Cub Code by Techlift Digital
Commercial Use Policy
Last updated: April 8, 2026
1. Scope of Commercial Use
Cub Code is licensed for both individual and commercial software development. By maintaining an active organizational or pro subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cub Code within your enterprise environments to produce commercial software products.
2. Licensing and Seats
Commercial licenses are tied to individual user seats. A single commercial license may not be shared across multiple developers. Automated build pipelines, CI/CD integrations, or bot accounts require dedicated service-account licenses or Enterprise agreements.
3. Resale and White-labeling
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to Cub Code's underlying API or agentic UI.
- White-labeling the Cub Code IDE plugin or CLI application as your own proprietary software.
- Wrapping Cub Code in a commercial interface to provide "AI Coding as a Service" to third parties.
4. API Fair Use in Commercial Settings
Commercial accounts are subject to fair use monitoring. While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, sustained API abuse or excessive parallel token generation that disrupts the service for other users may result in rate-limiting or temporary suspension while an Enterprise volume tier is negotiated.
5. Enterprise Contracts
For organizations requiring custom SLAs, localized model hosting, or bulk seat procurement, please reach out to our enterprise sales team at contact@cubcode.in.
