Refund Policy

1. General Returns Policy

At Techlift Digital, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with Cub Code. Due to the nature of digital goods and AI compute consumption, our refund policy differs from physical product returns.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the billing cycle ends, you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee

For new users, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee from the date of the first subscription payment, provided that you have not exceeded reasonable fair-use limits of AI compute (e.g., initiating excessive automated agent loops).

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not granted in cases of:

• Violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Account bans due to fraudulent activity or abuse of our API infrastructure.
• Custom Enterprise or Commercial agreements (which are governed by their respective contracts).

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our support team at contact@cubcode.in with your account email and reason for cancellation.
